Parkview Manor consists of 90 one and two bedroom apartments serving low-income seniors age 55 and over. Thirty-six of the apartments are reserved for elderly households with incomes of 35% or less of the area median income. From the exterior, the three-story structure could easily be mistaken for an upscale retirement community. Entering the building into the welcoming lobby area with fireplace and inviting adjacent porch only reinforces this first impression. Pleasing and functional design, topflight materials, and quality construction are carried throughout the residential apartments.
Amenities include laundry rooms, personal storage space, and sitting areas and dining area; and a fitness center, library, and computer center as well as a game room and large-screen TV.
