A $60 non-refundable application fee will be charged to process your application. Cashier’s check or money order required.
To expedite the processing of your application, please bring the following with your completed application to the Chavis Heights Management office:
- Completed application
- Drivers license or other government issued identification (we’ll need to make a copy of it to include in your file as proof of identification)
- Social Security Card (we’ll need to make a copy of it to include in your file as proof of identification)
- 4 consecutive pay stubs
- $60 non-refundable application fee.
